ANGEL SALAZAR

Angel, also known as “CHI CHI,” starred with Al Pacino (Scarface, Carlito’s Way), Tom Hanks (Punchline) and Jim Carrey (Clarence Thomas’s First Day). His film career started in 1979 with the films Walk Proud and Boulevard Nights.
He also appeared in Last Comic Standing (NBC), In Living Color (Fox), Def Comedy Jam (HBO) and opened for Van Halen, the Beach Boys, Whitney Houston, and the Miami Sound Machine, in a stand-up comedy career that spans over 30 years. His comic legacy was detailed in the documentary film Latin Legends of Comedy.

GLORIA ZELAYA

Gloria is a member of the Actors Studio, and Theater and Program Director of El Puente in New York. As artistic director of Fantastic Experimental Latino Theater (FELT) she won the Best Director ACE Award for Little Hut.
She has directed at La Mama, Intar, Puerto Rican Traveling Theater, Theater for the New City, the New World Theater, and Women’s Project. She is an acting Instructor at the Puerto Rican Traveling Theater and her films include On the Outs (Toronto and Berlin Film Festival Award Winner), Cross Over Dreams, and Educating Diego.

GISSEL ROMERO

Gissel appeared in the Hulu original series Difficult People (executive produced by Amy Poehler), the TV series Mental, and numerous TV pilots and independent films including I Against I, Silent Tears, Kelly’s Korner, The Streetz, The Streetz 2, and Hood Pranks the Movie.
Upcoming films include Marianas Trench, Moonlight: Blood and Silver, and M.O.T.H. She has studied with Ulysses Terrero, Anthony Abeson, Rosalyn Coleman and Clint Alexander, and is currently training with Ricky Barksdale in stunt work and film combat.
